Fried Black Fungus with Shrimp and Pepper

Ingredients: boiled shrimp, black fungus (soaked and washed), hot pepper (washed and cut)

Peel the boiled shrimp and take the meat, set aside.

Lower the washed black fungus into a pot of clean water, blanch it, and remove it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat, add the cut peppers and blanched black fungus, stir fry until the peppers are broken.
