Stir-fried Double Fresh with Garlic Stalks

Ingredients: boiled shrimp, squid (washed and blanched), garlic sprouts (washed and cut into sections)

Peel the boiled shrimp and take the meat, set aside.

Put the washed and blanched squid on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Afterwards, put the garlic sprouts in a pot of water, blanch for 2 minutes, and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched garlic sprouts and stir fry.

Then, combine the peeled shrimp and the cut squid and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.
