Fried Powder
1.
This is an aniseed of five kilograms of flour.
2.
Boil water in the pot (about more than two catties of water), add the washed aniseed, and boil the aniseed water
3.
Beaten eggs
4.
Add flax oil and stir well
5.
The boiled aniseed and water is controlled (no aniseed), add honey and sugar, stir well and set aside
6.
Cooked ground sesame seeds prepared in advance (fried sesame seeds by yourself, then roll them up)
7.
Add ground sesame seeds and vanilla powder in the flour (this is our own planting drops, if not, we don’t need to add it) and stir well
8.
First use the egg mixture to mix the noodles (all are snowflake-shaped noodles)
9.
Then use the boiled aniseed water to form a dough (the soft and hard noodles are as hard as the noodles)! The water temperature at this time is about 30 to 40 degrees.
10.
Proof the mixed dough for half an hour (knead it several times in the middle), and finally knead it into a smooth dough.
11.
Roll out the kneaded dough (thick as your thumb) and cut into pieces (about the size of the palm of your hand)
12.
Grease the dough, make a hole in the middle with your hands, and pinch it! Do the remaining drops in turn! Then wrap it in plastic wrap for one hour for the second proofing
13.
Roll the proofed dough into thin strips (the thick chopsticks will do)! At this time, pour oil into the pot and heat it up (70% to 80% heat is fine)
14.
Take a pair of chopsticks (long chopsticks for deep-fried things), as far away as you want (I let my daughter put it on the noodle press, every time I make it, the drop size is the same)! Someone has to hold the chopsticks to prepare the sashimi (this process is to fill up the drops, so the noodles are used!)! Put the kneaded noodles first! Put it on the chopsticks (pictured)
15.
In the second part, put the noodles on the right on the chopsticks on the left (from top to bottom)! Take the chopsticks back from the left side to the right side! Just look at the picture carefully
16.
Put the noodles on the left on top of the chopsticks on the right, and then take the noodles from the right back to the left.
17.
Finish the order in this order (every time you take it over, and then take it back)
18.
A good scatter
19.
Before entering the pan, tighten the chopsticks and trip up and down the chopping board a few times (in order to make the sanzi explode straight)
20.
The loose seeds are cooked quickly, as long as the color is good, you can turn them back and forth to get out of the pot (same as fried twist)! Take out the oil control
