Fried Prawns with Wild Garlic

The prawns are frozen, so first thaw them and clean them.

There is a membrane behind the prawn head. Open it to see the shrimp thread. Use a toothpick to get the sand thread out.

Pick off the bad parts of the wild garlic, clean it, and cut it into small pieces.

Wash the radishes, cut them vertically, and then cut them into thin slices.

Put the right amount of oil in the pan, put the prawns in when the oil is 50% hot, and fry on medium-low heat.
