Fried Puff Pastry Pork with Capers

1. Prepare crumpled Dongpo meat and a caper bean.

2. Change the meat with a knife, chop the capers, cut some garlic and diced peppers.

3. Burn the oil, add the diced chili and stir fry until fragrant.

4. Put in the Dongpo meat, top with soy sauce and stir-fry.

5. Add some salt and stir fry for a while.

6. Pour in the capers and stir well.

7. Add garlic again.

8. Add the chicken essence and stir-fry evenly and transfer to a plate.

9. Serve on the table.
