Fried Pumpkin Pie

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, peel it, steam it in a rice cooker, and let it cool

Add white sugar to the cold pumpkin.

Use a spoon or other tool to press it into pumpkin puree

Add glutinous rice flour several times in small amounts, not too hard or too soft, just not sticky!

Knead the pumpkin noodles into a small ball, squash and coat with breadcrumbs

Put it in a pan and fry it with a small fire. If it is too big, it will be cooked inside and it will be golden brown.
