Fried Purple Cabbage with Egg

First break the leaves of the purple cabbage, soak and wash. Then break into small pieces.

The red cabbage cubes are marinated in water, sprinkled with salt and rice vinegar.

Take a bowl and beat two eggs in it. Stir.

Heat a frying spoon, put a spoonful of soybean oil, heat again, add egg liquid and fry into pieces.
5.
Put the marinated purple cabbage, and chopped green onion into the pot, stir fry on high heat to soften.
Tips:
Sauté the purple cabbage until it becomes slightly soft.
