Fried Radish Balls.

Wash and shred the radish, then chop into small pieces.

Put the chopped radish shreds into a basin, and add some salt.

Then add flour, white pepper, and eggs.

Stir all the ingredients into a uniform batter.

Pour oil into the pot and heat to 70% hot.

Use your hands to form a ball into a ball shape. You can add water to make it together. This will prevent your hands from sticking.

Put the prepared meatballs in a pot and fry them slowly until they are golden brown.

After frying, drain the oil in a colander.
