My girl is going to end the summer vacation ahead of schedule and go back to Chengdu for an internship! She likes to eat razor clams, so she went to the vegetable market early in the morning and bought some back. She still fries them with sauce!

Fried Razor Clams

1. Razor clams bought back

2. Boil water in a pot, add razor clams and cook for about 2 minutes, then remove

3. Shower with cold water

4. Take out the meat of the razor clams

5. Prepare the ingredients, onion, green pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic

6. Sauté scallion, ginger, garlic in a frying pan

7. Add onion shreds, green pepper shreds, red pepper rings and saute until fragrant

8. Add razor clams and stir fry

9. Add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, sugar, jingle sauce

10. Stir evenly to get out of the pot

11. Out of the pot and plate

Tips:

Jingle sauce is actually a bit spicy noodle sauce, adjusted according to your own situation
