Stir-fried Razor Clams

Soak the fresh razor clams with clean water to clean the sediment.

Put water, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine to a boil in the pot, and add salt. Pour in the drained razor clams and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour out the excess water from the razor clams, add oyster sauce, minced garlic, and chicken essence, and stir fry. Thicken, collect the juice, and get out of the pot.

Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions. OK!
