Fried Razor Clams

Add a few drops of sesame oil to the razor clams in water, soak for 4 hours, spit out the sand and dust, wash and drain

Shred ginger, millet pepper, and mince garlic

Put garlic, ginger, and millet pepper in the hot oil in the pot and fry it to get a fragrance

Tips:
The razor will produce water, so there is no need to add water
