Shellfish have high nutritional value and are small seafood at a very common price, so it is very common on the home-style table.
My kids eat shellfish more than twice a week. Looking at Dora, there is a small clam shell that can only open and close, so the little master is deeply poisoned by it!

Fried Razor Clams with Garlic

1. Put the bought razor clams in light salt water and soak for 4 hours to spit out the mud and sand.

2. Pour clear water into the pot, add ginger and cooking wine to boil.

3. Put the soaked razor clams in a pot, blanch until it opens, and remove.

4. Then rinse it again with clean water.

5. Wash the garlic and cut into sections.

6. Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, heat up, add ginger and sauté.

7. Into the razor clams.

8. Pour the cooking wine immediately and stir-fry for 1 minute on high heat.

9. Then add garlic and continue to stir fry.

10. When the garlic is soft and broken, add salt to taste.

Tips:

Soaking razor clams in light salt water can make them spit out the mud and sand. Don't put too much water in soaking, and don't submerge the razor clams, so they won't die easily.
