Fried Razor Clams with Ginger Onion

Fresh razor clams are cleaned. You can let the seafood seller handle it.

Boil a pot of hot water, and put an appropriate amount of cooking wine, ginger slices, and green onions in the water. After the water is boiled, pour the processed razor clams into it and cook, and then super cool the water to separate the meat and shell of the razor clams. Go and spread a few pieces of razor shells on a plate.

Wash the green onion and cut into sections, shred or slice ginger, and mince garlic.
