Fried Red Rice with Scallops and Pine Nuts

1. For the ingredients, soak the red rice for about 30 minutes before cooking.

2. Cooked red rice and white rice, red rice accounts for 2/3, white rice accounts for 1/3

3. Don't heat the pan, fry the egg whites and set aside

4. Stuff the crispy scallop shreds and dried shrimp with oil, set aside

5. In the original pot, add some oil and burst the scallions

6. Stir-fry the red rice for a while

7. Stir fry with white rice
