Fried Rice
1.
Cut the garlic chili well.
2.
Wash the cabbage.
3.
Stroke the three eggs and add some green onions.
4.
The leftover twice-cooked pork is ready.
5.
Add a little salt and stir-fry the garlic and chili peppers, then start the pan, add oil and a little salt to fry the cabbage and start the pan, then pour the remaining cooked pork into the pan and heat it up. Add a little oil, pour the overnight rice into the pot and stir fry until it is loose and the grains are distinct. Then add the very fresh flavor, dark soy sauce, and stir-fry with salt. When each rice is coated with golden color and a little burnt, you can pour in the fried ingredients and continue to stir-fry.
6.
After the stir-fry is evenly done, simmer it on a low heat for a minute to remove the excess water. The fried rice will be more fragrant, better in color, and particularly tasty.
