Fried Rice Cake

Wash the baby doll slices, cut the meat into small pieces, boil in a pot of water and remove

Heat the pan and pour the oil, add the meat slices in the oil and stir-fry until the color changes, add the baby cabbage and continue to fry for a few times, then add the rice cake, salt and a small bowl of water.

After boiling, use a spatula to push the shovel along the bottom of the pot to prevent the rice cake from sticking to the bottom of the pot. When the water is almost dry, add the chicken essence and continue pushing until the water is dry.
