Fried Rice Cake

Dice the garnish.

Cut the rice cake into cubes.
3.
Finely chop ginger and dice green onions.

Get out of the pot, add oil and star anise, stir fry for a fragrant flavor, and then remove the star anise.

Add ginger and stir fry until the color changes.
6.
Add the rice cake and fry until browned.
7.
Add the chili and stir well, add all the seasonings and a little water (diluted seasoning), stir and stir well, add the diced green onion and mix well before serving.
