Fried Rice Noodles

Soak the rice noodles in warm water and remove them for later use.

Chop the garlic and cut the chives into sections.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a few drops of soy sauce, and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Pour the oil into the pot and heat it over high heat, add the eggs and stir-fry them, set aside.

Pour oil in the pot again, heat it up on high heat, add the minced garlic and stir up the aroma.

Add rice noodles.

Add half a bowl of water.

Pour in the soy sauce and stir-fry evenly with chopsticks.
9.
Stir-fry until the moisture is dry, add eggs and stir-fry.
10.
Add the green onion and chopped pepper, stir fry with chopsticks a few times to turn off the heat.
11.
It is ready to be eaten out of the pan and served on a plate.
