Fried Rice Noodles

Ingredients: rice noodles, lean meat, ginger onions, mung bean sprouts.

Wash the mung bean sprouts and set aside.

Cut the lean meat into small pieces.

Bring water to a boil in the pot, and blanch the rice noodles in the pot.

It can be picked up for use in about 10 seconds

Raise the frying pan, sauté ginger shreds, and fry the lean meat in the pan.

Add mung bean sprouts to the pot and fry until just transparent.

When the mung bean sprouts start to soften, add rice noodles and stir well.

Stir the rice noodles and mung bean sprouts well.

Remove the pot from the heat, add some light soy sauce to taste, then add some chopped green onion, mix well

Put the pot on the stove and stir-fry for a while.
