When I came back from get off work, I just stopped to soak my feet. The leader called back and said that he would come back ten minutes after being hungry. So I left the bucket and made him a quick-handed egg fried rice. I ate it just when I got home;

Ingredients

Fried Rice with Bacon and Egg

1. Knock 2 eggs into the bowl;

2. Add a little vinegar and stir well;

3. Finely chop bacon, chop chives and chilies;

4. Heat oil in a pan, add diced bacon;

5. Stir the fragrant pour into the egg liquid;

6. Stir the egg liquid quickly to make it solidify quickly;

7. Pour in rice

8. Press and mix the rice into rice grains and stir evenly;

9. Pour in an appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce, and stir evenly;

10. Pour in chopped green onion and chili;

11. Continue to mix evenly and then serve on a plate and out of the pot;

Tips:

1. You don't need to fry the bacon too much, you can proceed to the next step with the basic aroma, otherwise the lean part of the bacon will be difficult to chew;
2. Pour the egg liquid and stir quickly, so that the size of the egg pieces is about the same;
3. If you are afraid of spicy, you can ignore the chili, or put it in advance;
