Prepare the white rice, mine is freshly cooked, put it in the refrigerator and chill it so that the rice is more grainy

Heat the pan, add shiitake mushrooms and a little green onion

Stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms, add the rice and stir-fry for a while, then put in the egg mixture. Here I put one egg too little, and the rice is not colored. You can put one more and put in the right amount of salt here.

When the egg mixture is covered with rice noodles, add the lettuce and stir fry. The lettuce is easy to cook. When the color is almost the same, add the barbecue

The char siu is in the last step because it is already cooked, then add light soy sauce, I added 4 small lids, it should be 2 spoons of the spoon, watch it, just put it, the rice is dyed, it doesn’t need to be too much
