Fried Rice with Beef Sausage and Kimchi Egg

Beef sausage sliced and kimchi chopped up

Put the beef sausage into the pan and fry until slightly charred on both sides

Pour chopped kimchi into the pot and stir fry,

Add rice and stir fry evenly

Beat in the egg liquid and continue to stir fry evenly

Pour the fried beef sausage

Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste

Tips:
1. Kimchi has a strong salty taste, so you don’t need to add too much salt;\n2, the beef sausage I used is cooked, so it can be used as long as it is fried. If it is raw, it must be cooked.
