Fried Rice with Black Pepper Sausage and Egg

Preparation: put the rice in the refrigerator overnight, two eggs, pepper, and two sausages. I forgot to take pictures at first.

Because the sausage is very soft, it can be cut directly on the plate with a fruit knife. Remember to wipe the knife after cutting.

Mix two eggs and olive oil in a bowl and stir
