Fried Rice with Capers and Green Onion Egg

There was a bowl of rice left overnight.

Stir the eggs, capers, and cabbage leaves.

Wash the pot, heat it, and then pour the oil to heat it up.

When the oil temperature rises, slide in the egg liquid to form frangipani cubes and set aside.

Leave the oil in the pot, pour the leftover rice and stir fry.
6.
Add salt after the rice is fried.
7.
Season with soy sauce.

Pour in the frangipani cubes, stir-fry the beans and the minced cabbage together until the cabbage is broken and ready to be served.
