Fried Rice with Colored Pepper

Cut pepper, cucumber, and ham into small cubes.

Finely chop green onions.
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Beat in two eggs and smash them.
5.
Add the diced ham and fry for a fragrant flavor.
6.
Pour in the diced vegetables, stir fry a few more times, add salt and stir well.
7.
Pour in rice and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Out of the pot.
