Fried Rice with Diced Pork and Egg with Sauerkraut

Prepare a plate of overnight rice.

Cut the lean meat into small cubes, add some pepper, light soy sauce, and peanut oil, and marinate for ten minutes.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to cook rice with Thai fragrant rice and keep it fresh overnight in the refrigerator. The fried rice will taste dry.
2. Try not to use soy sauce to make this fried rice, and only use light soy sauce to make the color better.
