Fried Rice with Dried Seafood
1.
I use multi-grain rice such as eight-treasure porridge bought in the supermarket. I picked out the big red kidney beans, soy beans, and black beans. These are not easy to cook. They include rice, red rice, black rice, wheat, mung beans, and rice. Beans, barley, corn ballast, etc., after washing, add water to soak overnight. I cook for breakfast and put it in the refrigerator at night.
2.
Dried squid and scallops were washed and soaked in water, and soaked in the refrigerator overnight.
3.
Add water to the soaked miscellaneous grains and top the rice noodles. After steaming in the pot, let it cool for a while.
4.
Dice carrots, shred dried squid, crush scallops, chopped green onions
5.
Add a little salt and beat the eggs, heat the pan and add a little oil, pour in the eggs, scatter them with chopsticks and stir-fry until they are ready
6.
Heat up the pan and add some oil. If you want to fry the rice, don’t have too little oil. Add the diced carrots and fry until they are broken.
7.
Add scallops and shredded squid, and fry them until they are fragrant. If you are afraid of fishy, you can add a little cooking wine or add a little ginger. I don’t add these if the dried food I bought in my hometown is not fishy.
8.
Break up the steamed multi-grain rice, pour it into the pot and stir fry together. If you like the smell of burnt, stir fry a few times, if you are afraid of getting angry, stir fry a few times and fry it.
9.
Season with salt and light soy sauce, lay the eggs and stir-fry well. Fried rice likes to put green onion, and it doesn’t taste fragrant if you don’t put it. Finally, put the green onion and turn off the heat and cook out.
