Fried Rice with Dried Seafood
1.
I use mixed-grain rice such as eight-treasure porridge bought in the supermarket. I picked out the big red kidney beans, soy beans, and black beans. These are not easy to cook. They include rice, red rice, black rice, wheat, mung beans, and rice. Beans, barley, corn ballast, etc., after washing, soak them in water overnight. I eat them for breakfast and put them in the refrigerator at night.
2.
The dried squid and scallops were washed and soaked in water, and soaked in the refrigerator overnight.
3.
Add water to the soaked miscellaneous grains and top the rice noodles, steam them in the pot and cool them for later use.
4.
Dice carrots, shred dried squid, crush scallops, and chopped green onions.
5.
Beat the eggs with a little salt, heat the pan, add a little oil, and pour the eggs with chopsticks.
6.
Heat up the pot and add proper amount of oil. If you want to fry the rice, don't have too little oil. Add the diced carrots and fry them until they are broken.
7.
Add scallops and shredded squid and stir-fry until they are fragrant. If you are afraid of fishy, you can add a little cooking wine or add a little ginger. I don't add these if the dried food I bought in my hometown is not fishy.
8.
Break up the steamed multi-grain rice, pour it into the pot and stir fry. If you like it, stir fry a few more times. If you are afraid of getting angry, stir fry for a few times.
9.
Season with salt and light soy sauce, lay the eggs and stir-fry well. Fried rice likes to put green onions on it, and it doesn’t taste fragrant if you don’t put it. Finally, add the green onions and turn off the heat and cook.
