Fried Rice with Egg

Take 100 grams of rice and wash twice.

Soak for more than half an hour, the cooked rice is soft and delicious.

Break an egg into a bowl and put 3 grams of salt.

Take a pair of chopsticks and beat the eggs until there is no egg white.

Put a spoonful of oil in the pot and slowly pour the eggs after 90% heat.

Rotate the black porcelain pot, wait until the egg mixture covers the bottom of the pot and slowly solidify, fry it with chopsticks until it is browned.

Tips:
1. After washing the rice, soak it for more than half an hour to make the rice soft and delicious.
