Fried Rice with Egg

1. Take 100 grams of rice and wash twice.

2. Soak for more than half an hour, the cooked rice is soft and delicious.

3. Break an egg into a bowl and put 3 grams of salt.

4. Take a pair of chopsticks and beat the eggs until there is no egg white.

5. Put a spoonful of oil in the pot and slowly pour the eggs after 90% heat.

6. Rotate the black porcelain pot, wait until the egg mixture covers the bottom of the pot and slowly solidify, fry it with chopsticks until it is browned.

7. Fill out the eggs.

8. The black porcelain pot does not need to be cleaned, and the rice is poured directly into the pot. Add water slightly above the meter about 0.8 cm.

9. When there are big bubbles in the pot, change to medium heat, and when it is slightly dry, turn to low heat. The process takes about 7-10 minutes.

10. The rice is cooked. If you like to eat crispy rice, you can keep on low heat until crispy rice appears.

11. Put the eggs on top of the rice, the vegetables are also cooked, you can put them on together.

12. Use a silicone spatula to fry the rice and stir well.

13. Add garlic leaves and green onions, and continue to stir fry.

14. Fried rice with egg and greens is ready.

Tips:

1. After washing the rice, soak it for more than half an hour to make the rice soft and delicious.
2. When cooking rice, make sure that there is a small amount of oil in the pot. The rice produced in this way is very fragrant, not greasy, and not easy to stick to the pot.
