Fried Rice with Egg Crust

Cut the whole egg skin into finely pieces and set aside
2.
Cut the whole piece of meat into finely divided pieces for later use
3.
Heat the wok over medium heat, pour in some cooking oil, add cold rice to the wok, heat and fry
4.
Add the minced meat and egg skin to the rice and fry, add salt and black pepper to taste
