This bowl of rice is very simple and delicious to make. The meal is integrated and saves time and labor. The combination of garlic sprouts, bacon and shiitake mushrooms is amazing. In the morning, before rushing to work, cook a bowl of rice for the lazy child and make a bowl of egg soup. It will be served for lunch in the morning.

2. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into small pieces. Cut the shiitake mushrooms and bacon into small pieces separately

3. Fry the eggs first, put the leftover rice in the microwave in advance and heat it up

4. Heat up the wok and pour the oil, put a little garlic sprouts in the oil pan until fragrant, add diced mushrooms and stir fry

5. After frying the aroma, add the bacon and stir fry. After spitting the bacon, put the remaining garlic sprouts into the pot and stir fry.
