This fried rice is fried with ham and salted duck eggs. At the same time, carrots and lotus roots are added to match the color, and garlic is used to enhance the flavor. Because ham and salted duck eggs have a salty taste, it is not advisable to add salt.

Fried Rice with Ham and Salted Egg

1. Dice ham, salted duck eggs, carrots, lotus root, garlic

2. Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic diced and saute until fragrant

3. Then add ham and carrots and stir-fry well

4. Cooking wine

5. Put in lotus root

6. Stir fry evenly

7. Put in the rice
