Fried Rice with Mixed Vegetables and Eggs

1. Prepare ingredients: leftovers, eggs, flat cabbage, onions.

2. Put the oil in the pot, the egg liquid will be loose, and the liquid will be taken out for later use.

3. Put oil in the pot, add chopped onions and saute until fragrant.

4. Stir-fry the cabbage slightly.

5. Add the leftover rice, and scramble the rice balls until the grains are distinct. Lay the fried eggs, add salt and time light soy sauce.

6. Out of the pot.

Tips:

When frying rice, vegetables with a little more moisture can be fried separately from the rice. You can stir-fry the moisture in the vegetables first, otherwise the moisture will run into the rice and the rice will become sticky.
