Just fry whatever is in the refrigerator. It's just so casual, people, just be happy.
My scrambled egg fried rice never depends on what you want to eat, but on what's in my refrigerator, aha.
Anyway, the fried chicken is delicious, what else to choose, hey

Fried Rice with Mushroom Sausage and Egg

1. Prepare the basic ingredients, dice green vegetables, dice sausages, dice mushrooms, and mince chives

2. Heat oil in the pan.

3. Pour in rice and stir fry until loose.

4. Beat in two fresh eggs.

5. Continue to stir-fry until the eggs are evenly fused and wrapped in the rice.

6. Stir fry

7. Pour in the diced sausage and stir fry

8. Pour the diced mushrooms and stir fry

9. Pour diced green vegetables and stir fry

10. Sprinkle some chives, pour in salt and chicken essence to taste, and cook (the chicken essence can be omitted.)
