Fried Rice with Mushroom Sausage and Egg

Prepare the basic ingredients, dice green vegetables, dice sausages, dice mushrooms, and mince chives

Heat oil in the pan.

Pour in rice and stir fry until loose.

Beat in two fresh eggs.

Continue to stir-fry until the eggs are evenly fused and wrapped in the rice.
