Fried Rice with Mushrooms and Carrots

Cut the ham sausage into pieces, stir-fry and serve, so that the ham sausage will be more crispy

Dice carrots and stir fry

After the dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked, squeeze the water, mix it with a little soy sauce, and stir-fry in the pot to make it more delicious

Stir-fry evenly and add some salt

Add the rice, spread the bottom of the pot as much as possible, pour some soy sauce on the rice and stir fry evenly.
I use overnight rice here, which makes it dry. If you are worried about coldness, heat the rice in a rice cooker.
