Fried Rice with Mushrooms and Ham

Remove the stems, wash and cut the shiitake mushrooms

Cut Jinhua ham into cubes

Blanch the pea diced until cooked, then drain off the water after submerging it in cold water.

Peel the carrots and lotus root, wash and cut into pieces

Heat oil and sauté chopped shallots. Add ham and carrots and stir fry

Then add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry

Finally, add lotus root and blanched peas

Season with chicken powder and stir fry evenly

Tips:
1. Because Jinhua ham and chicken powder have a salty taste, no salt is added
2. The peas should be blanched before use. After blanching, immediately use cold water to maintain their color.
