【Fried Rice with Mushroom and Ham】The main ingredients are mushrooms and Jinhua ham, and they are fried with green peas, white lotus root, and orange carrots. Fried Rice with Mushrooms and Ham

1. Remove the stems, wash and cut the shiitake mushrooms

2. Cut Jinhua ham into cubes

3. Blanch the pea diced until cooked, then drain off the water after submerging it in cold water.

4. Peel the carrots and lotus root, wash and cut into pieces
