Fried Rice with Olive Vegetable and Egg

Prepare a bowl of leftover rice, olive vegetables, an egg, chives, and a little vegetable oil.

Wash the scallions and cut the white onion and the scallion leaves separately (the scallion leaves are sprinkled on top before being cooked)

Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir evenly, heat the pan with cool oil, pour in the egg liquid and scatter with chopsticks, set aside

Put oil in a non-stick pan, put in chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant on low heat, put in rice, press evenly with a wooden spatula

Add 4 spoons of olive vegetables and stir fry

Add the egg and stir fry evenly
7.
Sprinkle chopped green onion at the end
8.
Stir well and get out of the pot
