Fried Rice with Peas and Shiitake Mushrooms
1.
I use a can of fresh rice.
2.
Prepare rice for an adult, measure 100 grams of rice, wash twice, and soak for more than half an hour. Wash peas, shiitake mushrooms, garlic leaves, red peppers, and drain.
3.
Heat the clay pot and add a spoonful of oil.
4.
After the oil is hot, add peas, shiitake mushrooms, red pepper, and salt.
5.
Stir fry, add water, and heat for 2 minutes on high heat. Arrange the vegetables into a flat surface.
6.
Pour the rice that has been soaked for more than half an hour to ensure that the rice grains are spread flat on top of peas and other vegetables. Add a small amount of water to make it level with the rice. Keep on fire
7.
The fire was about 15 minutes, and the water was gradually collected to 80% dry.
8.
Use a silicone spatula, turn up from the bottom, turn to low heat and simmer for two minutes, then stir fry until the water is completely absorbed
9.
Add garlic leaves and stir fry. If you like green onions, you can also add it. You can also change other seasonings.
10.
Turn off the heat and simmer for three minutes to complete.
Tips:
1. The rice needs to be soaked for more than half an hour after washing, so that the cooked rice will be soft and delicious.
2. Just fry the peas a little bit, don't take too long, keep it bright green.
