Fried Rice with Pickled Vegetables and Eggs

Ingredients: rice, pickled vegetables (washed and chopped), eggs (beaten into a bowl)

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the egg.

Beat into egg liquid.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pot, add egg mixture and stir fry into chunks.

Then, add the rice and stir fry.

Then, stir in the cut pickled vegetables, stir fry, and serve.
