Fried Rice with Red Intestine

Prepare the ingredients

The rice is best leftover (overnight)

Diced scallion tomato red sausage and set aside

Heat the oil in the pot, add the rice and stir fry. When the rice is heated and softened, crush the rice balls into granules, add tomatoes, red sausage, and salt and stir fry

Tomatoes are 5~7 minutes cooked, add one egg

After the first egg wraps the rice evenly, turn the rice aside, and beat the second egg into the pot (if you don’t like egg particles, don’t use this step)

Add scallions and stir fry before serving, (because you don’t buy scallions, use scallions instead) add sesame oil, mix well and get out of the pot.
Tips:
