Fried Rice with Salmon Protein
1.
Tear the steamed salmon meat into small pieces for later use;

Heat the oil in a pan, fry the egg whites in the pan and stir-fry them for use;
3.
Reheat the oil pan, pour in the rice and stir-fry well and loosely;
4.
Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly;
5.
Add the fried egg whites and salmon and stir well;
6.
Add cilantro or chopped green onion before serving and stir well again!
