Fried Rice with Salted Fish

Prepare ingredients.

The salted fish is boneless and chopped for later use. This kind of salted fish is a bit salty and the right amount is not too much.

Add egg yolk to leftover rice and mix well.

Add oil after the pan is hot.

Stir in the rice over medium-low heat.

Stir-fry until the rice is loose and granular. Add in chicken noodles and fish sauce.
