Fried Rice with Salted Fish and Ginger

Cut salted fish into granules.

The leftovers should be scattered with your hands and not into lumps.

Heat oil in a pan, add salted fish and fry on medium heat until golden brown.

Add ginger diced to stir fry and serve.

Pour a little olive oil into the pot and stir-fry the leftover rice over high heat.

Add a little light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add the salted fish.
7.
Continue to stir-fry evenly, then add the chopped green onion and stir-fry to turn off the heat and serve.
