Salted Fish and Dried Radish

Main and auxiliary materials: salted fish, dried radish

Soak the dried radish to soften and wash

Cut the salted fish into sections, soak in water and wash

Cut the soaked salted fish into strips

Place the salted fish sticks at the bottom of the bowl

Tips:
1. The soaking time of salted fish should be flexibly controlled to remove some of the salt.
