Salted Fish and Eggplant Claypot

Ginger, garlic slices, chopped green onion and spare, sliced pork belly, sliced salted fish

Peel the stalks, peel and cut the eggplant
3.
Pour in cooking oil, green onion, garlic slices, ginger shreds, and sauté on high heat

Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry until the pork slices change color
5.
Pour in light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, pour in salted fish and chicken powder, stir-fry evenly
6.
Pour in eggplant and broth, stir fry until the eggplant becomes soft
