Braised Rice with Seaweed and Salted Fish

Prepare the ingredients

Prepare rice wine, ginger and shallots

Wash the sausages and salted fish and put them in the pot, add ginger, shallots and rice wine, and steam for about 30 minutes.

1. Salted fish have different saltiness. For those that are too salty, soak some of the saltiness in clear water before cooking.
