Steamed Meat Cakes with Salted Fish and Mackerel

1. Chop the pork finely and clean the salted fish.

2. Grind the ginger into a puree, add it to the minced meat, add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and eggs, mix well, and then use chopsticks to stir vigorously and quickly in one direction until the minced meat is syrupy.

3. Take a stainless steel mousse ring with a diameter of 10 cm, and scoop the minced meat into the mousse ring.

4. Cut the salted fish mackerel into small pieces and spread them flat on top of the minced meat.

5. Add water to the rice cooker to the specified cooking water level.

6. Put the steamer, put the meatloaf tray, close the lid, press the "function" button to select "steam", and start steaming the meatloaf.

7. The steaming degree of the rice cooker is half an hour. When the degree is over, take out the steamed salted fish and steamed meat cakes.

Tips:

1. If you like the texture of steamed meat patties, you don't need to chop the minced meat too much.
2、The Midea rice cooker I use, please adjust the method appropriately according to the level of your own rice cooker.
