Fried Rice with Sausage and Egg

Prepare all the ingredients, cold rice with soy sauce, Chinese sausage, eggs, and red oil.

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, and fry the diced sausages in the pot until the flavor comes out.

Then beat the eggs with fine salt and stir-fry until set.

Put the cold rice in the pan and fry until the grains are loose.

Use light soy sauce, red oil, and chopped green onion to make a sauce.
