Although this golden egg fried rice is flavored with seafood, you can't see the shadow of seafood at all. I didn't put any seafood in it. I just used the oil from deep-fried prawns. The strong seafood flavor is still so. It's strong and very delicious.

Ingredients

Fried Rice with Seafood and Egg

1. Leave the bottom oil of the fried prawns in the wok, put the chopped green onion in the pan, and fry it for a nice flavor

2. Pour the rice

3. Stir fry evenly

4. Pour in the egg liquid

5. Add a pinch of salt and stir well

Tips:

It will be more even if the eggs are beaten first and then poured.
