Fried rice is what I usually like to eat. This time I steamed rice with germ rice, and then added shrimp, shiitake mushrooms and other ingredients to make fried rice. The fresh aroma of seafood and shiitake mushrooms makes fried rice very delicious~

Fried Rice with Seafood and Mushrooms

1. Rinse the germ rice and put it in the inner pot of the rice cooker.

2. Add appropriate amount of water, select the cooking mode, and steam it into rice. The steamed rice with germ rice needs less water than ordinary rice~

3. Cut the shrimp into three pieces, wash the shiitake mushrooms and carrots and cut into cubes.

4. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, pour the beaten eggs in after heating, fry them and serve them out.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, and stir-fry the diced carrots after heating.

6. Add the diced mushrooms and continue to stir fry.

7. Green beans are blanched in water in advance, and then stir-fried.

8. Add the shrimp and stir fry until it turns red.

9. Add the steamed rice, stir-fry and add salt to taste.

10. Put the scrambled eggs in, stir-fry them well and they can be out of the pan.
Rather than taking great pains to match meals, it is better to treat yourself with a bowl of germ rice. A bowl of good rice is the best choice.

Tips:

Germ rice is rich in oils and easy to oxidize, so eat it as soon as possible after opening to avoid spoilage.
